 Welcome to VWorx

Life has presented its fair share of challenges. From a difficult childhood to the recent loss of my beloved pug of 12 years, each experience has shaped who I am today.

From when I was a young child, I was always exploring and climbing and full of energy. my parents decided that gymnastics would be a good fit. From the age of five through to thirteen, I became highly skilled pretty good eventually ranking among Great Britain’s best and striving for the Olympic stage. I trained seven days a week, driven largely by my father’s demanding expectations and it hindered me badly with meeting and seeing friends. I struggled with school and home work as I was constantly training. I am extremely close to my mother who is extremely loving and protective, my father on the other hand was quiet, distant, and often cold towards me. At times, he was physically abusive, leaving deep emotional scars. After years of arguments, physical confrontations, and realising how she became more depressed each year, my parents divorced. I was around fourteen at the time. This deeply influenced my journey and mind set, but not in the way you would expect.

As I moved into my late teens, around seventeen or eighteen, I entered a more rebellious phase. I went out drinking with friends, got into trouble, and spent a lot of time racing and building cars. crashing more than a few of them along the way. I was lucky to come out of that period unharmed if im honest. From there, I moved through many different jobs and often found myself standing out from others, asking questions people thought were strange, constantly questioning why things were done a certain way or why something didn’t make sense to me. I’ve always had a deeply inquisitive nature and a desire to understand life on a deeper level. I starting to see patterns to the worlds society.

Through my twenties and early thirties, I went traveling to so many different countries, and learned so many life lessons. I am a bit of a spunge with knowledge. I rescued a little puppy pug, I named her Lexi and honestly she never left my side. I experienced many relationships—some long, some short. However at this point I also went through a deeply destructive relationship that became one of the darkest periods of my life. It was both mentally and physically abusive, and at one point I was was so low, well you can imagine. The impact of this relationship pushed me into a self-destructive state. I turned to drugs and drink, lost motivation to go to work, and felt profoundly low and disconnected from life.

Eventually, I hit rock bottom. And in that moment I started to here wispers in my ears. I knew something had to change.

That turning point became the foundation for everything that followed. Through healing, learning, and personal transformation, I began to rebuild my life from the inside out. I had traveled the world, immersed myself in life-changing experiences, and gained insights that reshaped people. why not use it on my self,
